The Modern Web Design Process

So in my last piece about web design I wrote about some principles, practices that seemed to be still relevant in today's design process. However, now I write about the actual process in itself. In the following, I try my best to quantify and structure the modern web design process into 8 steps that will build for success. I'm open to any critique, and or comments you may have. Enjoy! P.S.
