@sentry_co haha like that. Actually I would go to the office more often, when it's not more than 15 minutes away from my apartment.
I've chosen office first as I'm mostly working from the office, but hybrid is definitely the best approach.

@dan_burns when my office would be near to my house I would definitely go more often. I also think hybrid is the future!

Hybrid, but office first! :)
Choosing between team office, remote, or hybrid models really hinges on the nature of your team's work and their preferences. A hybrid approach often strikes a balance, offering flexibility while maintaining some level of in-person collaboration.
Hybrid, office first. I can work from home, but only if there are some technical issues at the office (power outage, etc.)

@marvin_maendle currently about 15 people in the office :( some of them are sales managers, and sometimes it's toooo noisy in there
Mainly office, but with an option to work from home without special explanations or procedures :) Office is an advantage with newly built teams, startups etc.

@ivo_ivanovski yes, everybody should have the option. Office can be an advantage if everybody is located around the office, yes.
I'm with you on the hybrid model, especially if it's remote-first. The key for me is how well the company sets up its structure, workflows, and maintains transparency at all levels. If these elements are dialed in, hybrid working can be incredibly effective. Plus, face-to-face meetups are essential now and then, but they don’t always have to be in a traditional office setting. It’s about finding what works best for the team's connection and productivity.

@jonwhitby on point! We need a new mindset. Companies always say they are modern, but don't work on their work models. New models don't work with old structures!
Very hard to build something ambitious while being fully remote imo. Social setting and in person teamwork plays a huge role in drive & motivation

@french_ninja the office energy is an argument for me, but do you really need it every day or is it enough once or twice a week. I'm more productive in my home office and could definitely built something fully remote. I think it depends on the person and team.
Remote better for business
I prefer remote work, I am not distracted by everyday things.
Remote in case you can set up your team and build effective processes. Overwise you will be buried via micromanagement and wasting time to controlling your team.
In my case, my team fully remote, no strict schedule or working hours, they're independent and know what to do, how to sync, ask for help or suggest new things/ideas.
I believe, it will be difficult to achieve with most of the possible employs because they will not know what to do.
my work is hybrid now. as for me, this is a very cool experience. It's convenient when you're working and relaxing, for example. but at the same time, I love working in the office as much as before. It's not going to go away from me, I think 😄

@gaby_korablyova yes! It's all about the perfect personal mix. That is only possible if companies offer a various and flexible working model.
