Hey guys, I plan to launch my product tomorrow, at the same time I'm thinking of postponing the launch by 1 month to accumulate more audience and then launch! Currently, I've 147 followers and 33 people following my upcoming product. What do you guys think?

Launching soon!
Looks like the first hours of the launch is what determines if you get into the features section. If you can get 100-200 authentic engagements then it should be fine. in a month the PH rules may have changed again 😅
I would say focus on engagement too, it is super crucial! Connect with people outside Product hunt and engage with the community here and beyond :)

The decision to postpone the launch depends on your current audience size, the readiness of your product, and your overall marketing strategy. Consider factors like the potential impact of a larger audience on initial traction, the urgency of the problem your product solves, and any time-sensitive factors. Weigh the pros and cons to make an informed decision that aligns with your goals.

If building a larger audience is crucial for your product's success, and you can afford the delay, it might be a reasonable decision.

I haven't done a PH launch yet, but I think waiting is only going to lead to more waiting. No matter how many followers you gain in a month, you might still think it's not enough.
I would say launch when you think you can rank in top 3, unless ur in top 3 it doesn't really help. In your website that top3 badge would help a lot

Hey Mertcan if you do not have any hurry then i would say postpone and build more audience around your product. Postponing it and engaging with the community will bring you more audience for sure ( : 👊

I believe that acquiring followers is an overrated method, considering that only 10% of followers tend to upvote your products. I recommend creating an early user offer to gather feedback and testimonials instead And then iterate the copy and pricing based on the feedback received. Add testimonials to your platform, then proceed to launch on Product Hunt. Hope it helps. Happy Hunting 🚀

It depends on the readiness of your product and the potential benefits of a larger audience. Consider balancing between readiness and audience size for a successful launch.
Regardless of followers, your going to have to be very active on launch day and do personal reach outs
