I haven't done a PH launch yet, but I think waiting is only going to lead to more waiting. No matter how many followers you gain in a month, you might still think it's not enough.

I would say launch when you think you can rank in top 3, unless ur in top 3 it doesn't really help. In your website that top3 badge would help a lot

I recommend creating an early user offer to gather feedback and testimonials instead And then iterate the copy and pricing based on the feedback received. Regardless of followers, your going to have to be very active on launch day and do personal reach outs
