Business Marketing with Nika

To be honest, when I try to learn something new or write something I need to concentrate on, I do not play music. I need a quiet. The same applies while editing video because I need to hear audio.
BUT
When I do something repetitive or creative like graphic design, music is a must.
Can you supply me with your pieces? π
The last one I was playing was The Flys β Got You
Yeah, I am the rock person. π€π
But do not have a problem listening to anything.

Same. When doing something creative, I'll pick a band and play one album for focus time. It's like a musical Pomodoro method. Lately, I've been rotating Dirty Heads, Wax, OK Go, Taylor Swift, or Miley Cyrus.

@dan_o_malley I also rotate music BUT... sometimes I have that mood to play one song in a loop until I am not fed up (sometimes the whole week or two) :D Month ago it was Creep by Radiohead :D
I listen to Gustav Mahler, for instance, his 1st Symphony.
@trumpeter Classical music is very rare. Some of my medicine folks used to listen to it. I like Tchaikovsky's 5 symphony :)
@busmark_w_nika Tchaikovsky's last three symphonies, i.e., 4, 5, and 6, are all incredible music. I don't know if I'll call classical music rare; it may be an acquired taste, but for many of us who grew up with classical music, most other music is somewhat superficial. Anyhow, it's a question of taste, and there is no objective truth in music.
@trumpeter What about other composers? Alan Silvestri or Hans Zimmer for example? :) As a movie lover, I bumped into these and love their composes because they are connected to cult movies. :)
@busmark_w_nika Yes, these are famous film composers. Sometimes, their music from the movies is published independently as separate works, which is often excellent for listening to without having to watch the movies. But music from these composers is rarely composed as an independent symphony or other forms of classical music.

Absolutely, Nika! "Weightless" by Marconi Union is my go-to track for working; its serene tempo and ambient vibes create the perfect backdrop for deep focus in business marketing tasks.
I often listen to Brain.fm type of music. Pretty boring, but it gets your brain in the right mood.
The Script - Hall Of Fame
Not the same song all the time. For a few weeks now I've been shifting between three French songs. Zaz - Je veux - Parler à mon père - and of course Dernière Danse

For some reason I can't hear lyrical songs when I work, I can listen to anything that has no lyrics, such us melodies but no lyrics please hehe
Absolutely, Nika! One track that always keeps me in the zone is "Weightless" by Marconi Union; its tranquil vibe is perfect for deep focus during those intense marketing strategy sessions.
Acually, I don't understand French. It just sounds amazing to me!
