I mean it really depends, which ever one would pay the most for the amount of work. I would say hourly seems more sustained where a project is one big commission every couple weeks. I would choose per a project personally.

@jack_davis7 For me the same - project based, I sort of see the hourly paid kind of limiting, kind of imposing to be inefficient.
