Hello Everyone,
What specific activities do you feel are the most beneficial or optimal for a product manager's working day?
Any specific thing he/she must do in the first half of the day to stay at the top of the game?

Start your day with your top priorities/tasks already defined. It’ll make your day go so much smoother because you’ll have focus to come back to after all the day’s distractions. I spend time getting organized like this at the end of the work day (or sometime before I go to bed) and it helps a lot!
Also, scheduling slack messages is a killer tool.
