Hello Yasmina, I found this video really interesting about strategy:
It is quite a high level but it is all about strategy. I agree with you, first comes Strategy then Operations, but everything starts in the Strategy. The performance team could focus on vanity metrics if the strategy team doesn't tell them what activation or retention is. Cheers,
