I'm considering join an ex-partner building a portfolio of small bets. He already has a few projects going but no strategy, marketing plan or community where he belongs.
My plan to start is:
- Map all projects
- Ask for feedback on what people think are the best bet
- Help him build and "launch" 1-2 each couple months.
That said, which information do you think would be relevant to share and ask for feedback? My idea at the moment is:
- Who are we helping
- The problem we are solving
- Time to launch
- If already live, some stats (users, revenue, etc)
- Any kind of preview (prints, etc)
@robertomorais @kronop I am also interested in cooperation
