I use evernote currently but its messy. Is there a specific product for this? Ideal features would be: - Super slick UI thats easy on the eyes - Ability to rank ideas yourself - Ability to categorise and/or tag ideas - Some kind of brainstorming esque feature to do deeper dives on ideas would be awesome - Some kind of repository so you could store "stuff" (links, files etc) against ideas would be awesome. Any ideas?

I will using figma, because in figma i can start sketching the idea or put more visual about the idea.

I use Notion to keep track of everything, would love to see what others use!

Figma is a bit overkill for me and seems more graphic focused, but see why you would want that. Notion is a decent option. Curious if there is a specific management tool for that. Maybe I should built it if not :-)

Apple just came out with that FreeForm app, but not sure how good it is.

@danser001 Seems solid on the brainstorming side but not really build for organising ideas, discussing them with people, voting on them, storing files/other information around them etc. I opted for Trello for now which kindof does the job, only "idea management" stuff I could find was all very enterprise grade

@jasondainter awesome. A lot of options out there. I love Trello though. Use that for time / client / project management. Mirro for collaborative client workshops. FigJam for brainstorming personal things. In that creating a rough outline / idea for movie script now.

It seems to be a good idea. The ranking system could be based on the theories like a lean startup, delta 4 theory, etc.

Perhaps, GanttPRO is what you're looking for. This powerful software (https://ganttpro.com/) helps store ideas, plan work, track tasks, set deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders. It empowers teams from various industries to create unlimited projects and work with unlimited resources. The tool looks really nice with its intuitive UX/UI design and a short learning curve.
