Side question: how many coffee do you drink in a day?

What is the hardware product - I think it depends on the target market and the product itself.

@dzaitzow Hey Daniel, I am planning to hunt a coffee machine with an incredibly innovative design for my friend's project. Are you a coffee person?
Daniel Zaitzow
@sandy_kong Not a big enough coffee person to have a machine in the house (I'll get coffees on the weekends) but I do Matcha almost every day! What differentiates the design?
Kickstarter definitely :) And not a coffee but a tea drinker at least 3-4 cups a day 🤓

@ako61142833 Hey Deniz, I am considering initiating the project by launching the product on product hunt first and directing traffic towards Kickstarter. What do you think?
@sandy_kong I think best way to leverage those two to make it cross-pollinate each other(I mean design the launching journey in a way that feeds each others' traffic)

Product Hunt is best for digital goods; for hardware, crowdfunding and product publicity are offered by sites like Kickstarter or Indiegogo.
