    3 Days in the office 2 Days at home 2 Days off It seems that a fully remote position model is still far for most of the companies and office time is still needed in many situations.

    From a founder point of view, specially in small startups, it is a great balance between the flexibility and the need to create culture and a good relationship with your employees.

    What's the difference between 2x days at home and 2x days off? Is the 2x days off at home to focus on family and household stuff e.g. chores/decorating?
