Is AI or humans better at generating SEO-optimized titles?

Question

I've just launched this study to hear from SEO experts, about which title would rank better for a specific keyword. One title is generated by AI, and the other is part of an actual, published blog post.

We believe that tools with AI empower people to do their job. In this case the tool could brainstorm ideas for titles and the person in charge could modify or choose the one that fits best. We will keep an eye on the results! :)

@nick_frost As far as the creativity goes, I would agree with you! But, I firmly believe that SEO is this task that is not so creative, but rather research and output, which is exactly what AI is good at.
