I make a big difference between classic learners and smart learners

Actuarial training forces us to be classical learners. We are passive. And 90% of the time, we don't follow through. Only the most motivated go to the end. And the most motivated ones put it into practice. Why? In my opinion, simply because it's like school. It is a downward flow of information. Whereas the smart learner will put it into practice directly after having seen, and read information. I have a visual that expresses this feeling very well.
