Hey people, can you reveal this secret to me? How are you finding, and moreover - how are you reaching out potential hunters? So far I struggle so much to find their emails, and they are usually just on Twitter...πŸ˜• How you overcome this step? 😊

We haven't used one before, but maybe you can check them out here and then find them on LinkedIn? πŸ˜„

Try @kevin :) Always replies to DM and he is a great experienced hunter.

@kpyto @kevin Oh Kevin! πŸ˜ƒ Hi! Thanks for responding πŸ™πŸ€— May I kindly ask you to reach me out on maria.b@sealit.id We would truly like to connect and share our ideas, and we are so looking forward to collaborating! So excited about upcoming launch! 🀩

Product Hunt changed their setup and you don't really need a hunter anymore! You can successfully launch without having one. Have seen multiple successful examples. We will also go without tomorrow.

@valerie_kramer Oh! Good luck! βœ¨πŸ€ Share the link here, would love to see and support! ✨πŸ’ͺ To be fair I think that with my current number of followers we couldn't spread the news so widely - and (without much bragging) our product is really a revolutionary solution that deserves wider public than what I have 😬

For those planning their launch, here's some advice: Hunt yourself versus orchestrating the hunt via a hunter. If you wish to really leverage the role of the hunter, get a hunter that offers at least one or more of these: β€” Product Feedback β€” Novel Launch Tips β€” Shares launch on their social and community β€” Makes a genuine endorsement to the product in a category they have some expertise in There's no guarantee of the notifications. Especially from accounts of those hunters that are hunting hundreds of products. When I hunt products, I offer advice and distribution in my communities. :)

@rohanrecommends Great tips Rohan, thanks so much! πŸ™πŸ˜Š We are still looking for an available hunter, if you're interested, let me know please (maria.b@sealit.id)

Use https://upvote-bell.com/leaderboard to identify relevant hunters in your niche 1 check if the hunter has a personal website with a contact form 2 if not contact them over LinkedIn or Twitter

@fabian_maume πŸ™πŸ˜Š Thanks so much Fabian! I followed your advices, both for preparation and hunter research, and I am so thankful for your sharing ✨✌ Btw it is soooo difficult to hunt hunters πŸ˜…

Hello Maria, You don't really need one but it is good if you have one that matches your audience. For example, we will launch in the coming months and we are going to find a hunter that matches our US B2B SaaS solution. Also, as Andrii said, @kevin is good. I tried to work a couple of times with him and he was so helpful doing the hunting. All the best,
Maria
@kevin @rubenlozanome Not sure that Kevin will be available this time 😭 But I still hope he'll find a moment in April for Sealit as well πŸ₯° Thanks so much for your answer Ruben! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™βœ¨
