I was struggling with getting continuous feedback for our saas product. Therefore we implemented a flow that enables us to get feedback, but also helps us to prioritize the next features.

Here are 4 steps on how you can handle it, with real examples, so you don’t build unused features. 😭

1️⃣ Show new features, without implementing them
2️⃣ Public Feature list - let them vote
3️⃣ User Roadmap to be transparent and show what is in development
4️⃣ Changelog
