How ready should your product be before launching on PH?

My team is working on a new product, and we're launching next week on PH (at the beta launch level), so we can get real user opinions before it's market ready.
Would you say this is a good strategy? What are the essential pre-launch checklists other than getting the Product Hunt page content ready?
Last week we did a quick launch with our other product, so we know how the platform works... but I'm still super nervous about the launch. Any insight from experienced self-hunters would be super appreciated!

Before launching on PH? From that I experience and saw you should have a certain product validation before, so talk to few people if you talk to 100 people (or less) and none of them are interested there are not a lot you can do with a product hunt lunch.

It depends on your goals Elli.
if you are looking for feedback, MVP is enough. And If you are looking for sales, full product might be needed.
