How much time should you spend preparing before a PH launch?

As you can see, we're preparing to launch our product Nack, but we're curious how long people spend before launching.
Sure, I'm using the time to prepare everything for the best launch possible. But is everything beyond that exclusively to grow a community around the product and build brand awareness?
We are trying to balance that and launching quickly, as YC would say. Our app is live already, but I would like to know whether we're potentially spending too long on the PH launch or whether it makes sense to take your time.
Sorry for the brain dump, but I would appreciate your thoughts 😅

In my personal opinion, spend time engaging with the community/ building audience as much as you feel the time has arrived for "scheduling" your launch for 1 month.
I spent lots of time being active in the community and there had come a time when I thought now I can put up my product for launch.

@hosseinyazdi Yeah, you can never spend "enough" time building the community, but I wonder if it's eventually diminishing returns if it preventing you from launching quickly.
2-3 weeks depending on how much prep and bandwidth you have. Anything more may be too excessive for your audience.
