We're all unique, and our taste buds vary, so experimenting with different brews can be quite an adventure.

I wake up & RUN to my coffee machine, am I the only one? 😅😂
Haha, I can totally relate! In fact, I have a HomeKit automation set up that pre-heats my espresso machine as soon as I wake up so that by the time I make it to the kitchen it is ready to go ☕️
Couldn't wait an extra minute or two 😅 (well and I guess sometimes I just enjoy automating and over-engineering things 🙈)
I generally have one cup of coffee in the morning, but sometimes I'll have tea or another beverage if I'm feeling like something different.
2 cups of coffee before starting office work
A constant stream of coffee throughout the day. The caffeine does nothing for me, but it keeps my mouth busy. 🙃
1 cup of damn strong coffee in the morning, and 1 cup of light coffee after lunch.
1 cup of tea, never ending water, and its embarrassing but at least one La Croix.
A small coffee first thing in the morning, then just water and 2 cups of black tea throughout the day. Some times one final espresso around 3pm to give me a burst of energy for the afternoon, and then just water and herbal tea for the rest of the day / evening.
One strong coffee in the morning (must)
just 2
A small cup of black coffee is the perfect start to my day!
Only 1 cup of coffee at breakfast.......
In morning:
1 black tea and 2 batches of maté
In afternoon:
1 coffee, 1 batch of maté and up to 4 teas
I prefer only tea recently.
Two cups of tea a day for me or 1 cup of coffee it depends on the mood I'm in! ☕
You can say 2 cups of coffee but I used food scale to measure my coffee according to the dietitians plan. It's the best.
I'm definitely more of a tea person myself! ☕ There's something comforting about starting the day with a warm cup of tea. But you're absolutely right; navigating the world of beverages can be a bit tricky. There can be a lot of jargon, and it's not always easy to know what's best for your health and taste. Personally, I find it helpful to do a bit of research and read up on the different options. It's worth it to find that perfect morning brew that makes your day start just right! For me, finding a tea that suits my mood and health needs has been a journey.
I usually drink coffee several times a day and find that there is nothing bad for my health. Moreover, I usually use a coffee machine Cofeetek Neo with which I can prepare a delicious drink from natural beans, so I am confident in its naturalness. I want to say that if you value the quality of coffee and the convenience of preparing it, CoffeeTek Neo is a great choice!
