I think employee engagement is one of the top properties of a company to make the remote workplace and teams more effective. What do you do to increase employee engagement?

As we are trying our best to increase the employees engagement of https://instamodapp.com/instapro... team. As for increasing it we make different target and by achieving that target we provide bonuses to our employees. So everyone try his best to achieve the target quickly.

@eron_finch what kind of bonuses? is this something biweekly or monthly? Giving bonuses are natural boosters i think but do they increase your startup culture too? :)
