At corepo.org, we set and revise KPIs weekly for each member of the team (developers, marketers, writers, etc). We also have longer-term goals, that we revise monthly, but discussing them every week allows us to estimate the feasibility and these tasks

At Akiflow, we measure our progress weekly, and that's what YC taught us as well. Despite daily goals, we form a collective assessment which is evaluated weekly as it gives us the flexibility to customize our strategies as soon as we see a declining trajectory. It is crucial that we see growth and, more so, compound. Now, if we go with monthly evaluation, there are chances that we may go wrong in the process in the first week and carry on with it until the end of the month without any checks. Hence, it suits us the best. It can be different for different people depending on the goals, time, and response they receive.

@raghav2 This is great. Thanks for sharing this!! You talked about collective assessment which is evaluated weekly. Does it means it is collective measures of all teams in your company and what all factors you take in consideration for the assessment?

@saurav14 Well, every month weekly KPI's are set for each individual in the company, which is addressed during the team meetings. Once a while it is curated by the CEO to evaluate the companies growth as a whole
