How do you think Twitter's expanded character limit will impact the way users communicate?

Twitter is soon expanding its character limit for tweets from 280 to a potentially much higher number (maybe 400).

This will allow users to share more information in a single tweet, maybe eliminating the need for creating threads when expressing longer ideas.

I personally liked short tweets. I have mixed feelings about this. Maybe it will be good... we will see. 
I think Twitter also shut down Revue because they were going to do this.
