I spend time with loved ones, or join a group or club that shares my interests

Exercise releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects.

I have severe tinitus. To ignore it, I listen to music all day long, usually quietly, in the background, but continuously. And good music also helps me in my work
Making sure I'm meeting the ends of working hard but also taking care of myself to recuperate from those heavy work days!
Working on myself, engaging with the community, workout, healthy lifestyle. Start a day with a smile :)
