As a graphic designer, you often have multiple projects on the go, each with their own unique challenges and deadlines. It's important to stay focused and efficient to ensure that you can deliver high-quality work on time. What tools and techniques do you use to stay organized and manage your time effectively? How do you balance creative exploration with the need to meet deadlines?

It really depends if you're working as a designer in a start-up or a company that won't hire an extra designer even if they afford it. I'm a co-founder and product owner at Expressive Suite, we have 2 big projects that could be start-ups on their own, and I have to take care of anything design related, as well as front-end development and copywriting, not to mention the extra things like video tutorials, social-media posts and so on. I don't mind the work even if I do get overwhelmed, because I know it won't be like that forever and all the extra work will pay off. If a designer handles multiple projects at once and they're expected to output high-quality work, then they better be paid accordingly, if not, they're literally the company's carpet. Same thing if the company affords extra designers and they don't hire some, because they like to overwork designers and go with the "fire and hire" cycle.
