The most important thing about prioritizing for me it's about two things: - understanding the MVP of everything we need to create - cutting/removing everything that is not a must-have In every single task. Prioritizing is a lot more about cutting the not-needed than ordering things in a list.
@sandra_figueiredo How do you find that something is a must-have?

@noyanidin From the product point of view, it's all about listening to your customers. They are the ones that dictate what is or not a must-have. You learn to pick up the cues :) If they say 'this would be cool to have' maybe you can keep it as a low priority task, but if they say 'this is useless unless...' then it's pretty obvious you need to fix that asap. But it all comes down to paying attention to your customers' feedback.

I try to analyze the impact of every task I work on to rank them accordingly on my list.
@pragruthaa What is the method of analyzing impact of every task?
