Being dejected after a failure would not change any outcome. I analyze what went wrong and how it could have been better which will help me the next time

Do a brain dump and Create new plans for what can be next thought after the failure! List all the points being the cause of failure. And start working on improving them. This will surely need lots of patience but finally, the results will always be positive comparatively

Take some time to think about what happened and what I could have done differently. This can help me learn from the experience and make adjustments for the future. and it can be helpful to talk to someone I trust about my feelings and the experience. A supportive friend or family member can provide encouragement and help me see things from a different perspective. Most important, give myself a smile and go on!

Learn from the experience. Use the experience as an opportunity to learn and grow. Consider what you can take away from the failure and apply it to future endeavors.
Johannes Müller
failure means revealing the truth and with that you can learn and grow. I know it's hard but the best thing is to acknowledge it and move forward with the long term goal in your mind
