For me, it's a toss-up between Trello and Asana. Love Trello for its Kanban-style boards and Asana for its comprehensive feature set.

Notion is enough for the beginning. Right now we are using zoho projects. Does its job and works well for us. From previous experience Asana would be my choice!

I love using Notion, and I also recommend one of the top AI aggregator sites(wikigpt3.com)for productivity, with detailed categories, so there's always something for you.

My choice is GanttPRO - a project management tool that focuses on professional planning and project management with the help of a Gantt chart. I utilize it as robust marketing project management software for scheduling and organizing marketing campaigns and projects. It is available on Mac as well as any other OS. The Gantt chart-based approach, combined with the clean and attractive interface, makes tasks and project management in GanttPRO highly intuitive. Sincerely recommended.
