How do you motivate yourself to form healthy habits?

I thought we could all benefit from sharing how we motivate ourselves to form healthy habits with one another. I personally motivate myself by focusing on how they would impact my life for the better. As you know, I have been working on creating The Meal Prep Jar to facilitate self-accountability and motivate individuals to make meal planning, cooking, and eating from home a habit in pursuit of their health goals. My mission is to encourage accountability away from registered dietitians and licensed physicians to streamline their responsibilities and ensure patients follow their recommended meal plans with fidelity. On 12/20/2022, I’ll be launching The Meal Prep Jar on Product Hunt and I hope you find immense value in it!

Excited for your launch Kelly! TBH it can be so hard to integrate new healthy habits! I have to set a goal to commit to one new habit at a time, for 2 weeks. Keeping it small (like prepping one meal / week, or journaling for 2 mins) makes it feel more manageable when I'm getting started.
