I read Neil's A. Fiore book: The Now Habit: A Strategic Program for Overcoming Procrastination and Enjoying Guilt-Free Play and one of the tools that I found very useful is the Unschedule method. Instead of scheduling in the calendar the things you procrastinate (work - e.g., tasks, projects, etc), you first schedule the fixed commitments (e.g., sleep, meals, showering, etc), guilt-free play (hobbies, reading, recreation, meeting your friends), self-care activities (e.g., exercise, meditation), including at least one hour of play a day and one full day off per week. Before reading his book I was scheduling work only in my calendar, now I experimenting with Neil's method and add the leisure activities first. Was wondering how do you doi it? Do you schedule work first or leisure activities first?

I'm scheduling longest activities first (independently of it being for leisure of work). I have special tag in my backlog for tasks taking less than 1 hour, so I can pick from this backlog if I have only few minutes left before a meeting.

@fabian_maume do you constantly process the backlog list?

Hello. I love to keep a calendar and usually I write down just important dates there so that I don’t forget them. I can also advise you a very good site where there are many good calendars for printing. I always take calendars from here, so I think you will like this site too https://printablecalendar.net/
