How do you handle stress during launch day?

what an interesting question and the answer is even more interesting :) it depends what this traffic meant to you and how you value this community otherwise if this traffic doesn't do any good at all, you do not need to use it. So my point is do you need to think like a stress-free action or you think that life depends on it, if the latter, well having stress would be a great feature so to say :)
