Does Monday for you represent a loss of freedom, a synonym for routine, or is it a new chance, a new page, a new beginning? 🌞

It's a new chance to move forward toward our goals.
Martina Hackbartt
I adore Mondays! after some rest, I have all of that motivation to ace the week and move a step closer to my goals!
Maria
@martina_hackbartt That is great! I appreciate a lot that positivity and the energy! *_* I also perceive it as a beginning after charging batteries! ^_^
Nishith from True Sparrow
I don't know about Monday, but I know something about Thursday. 😎
Maria
@nishith_shah :DDD Hahahahahahh ingenious, love it! :D I love so much the Thursday concept and the iconic thing you made about it! :D *_* I remember how amazed I was when I have discover the Thursday and didn't stop recommending it ever since - hope the others found so much fun in it as well! It would be so cool if The Thursday would become a mark for Thursdays as every other day has some label - this one should definitely be labeled with fun! ^_^
Vaibhav Taneja
I am more productive on Tuesdays. I need Mondays to boost my productivity for the upcoming week.
Maria
@vaibhav_taneja Same here! Monday is a strategic day, a day for a new vision, new ideas and preparation for being awesome in starting realization! :D ^_^
Pablo Fatas
I dread Monday like the plague but it does tend to be one of my most productive days. Make of that as you will
Maria
@pablo_fatas I actually find it very logical, as every new beginning brings a bit of different fear.. And if you are a type who uses fear doses as a funnel - surely you will be the most productive in that case as you will not allow anything to take you down, and you'll give your best when it's ''the most difficult'' ^_^
Pablo Fatas
@maria_brm Ah yes a beautiful spin to my awful laziness and want to just stay home and play games. Thank you 😊 But yes you are right I am quite fear/anxiety driven. How about you? you asked us all, how do you feel about Mondays?
Maria
@pablo_fatas Try to rock that anxiety/fear by tiny steps ^_^ Do some lil tasks that will give you more energy to continue on a productive way (for own self firstly, then any business related stuff)... Thanks for asking! ^_^ I love Mondays, I mean love everyday XD But in this Mon-Sun pattern I like giving meanings to days and putting ''my path labels'' on them... This way I truly use Mondays for ''waking up & shaking up'', for a new page and organization of incoming days and routines... ^_^
Sergio Zaciu
For me, monday sets the tone for the week. A good monday is motivating, and means friday comes fast. Slow monday => slow week. So I try to start monday fresh :)
Maria
@szaciu So Monday is like a predicting ball? :D And if it starts slow, can you shift in the middle of the week on a faster mode? :D Does this depend on you or the type of work for that certain slow/fast week? :))
Sergio Zaciu
@maria_brm really depends on the project that's being tackled and whether or not it feels isolating :)
Juan Da Ros
I feel energized, I canΒ΄t stand not being productive
Maria
@juan_da_ros That's great! ^_^ And do you have for any day in a week a label of boredom or ''this day again'' feeling? :D
Kazimieras Melaika
It's always something new. But it's important that you give yourself some time to relax during the weekends or else it will be a hard Monday. Btw, we’re launching in late April or the start of May. Check out our upcoming PH page: www.producthunt.com/upcoming/eff... Our project is called: Effecto. It’s an app for detailed health tracking. Pretty much for everything that is related to your physical or mental health and every daily factor that can affect you.
Maria
@kmelaika I agree.. I would say Monday feeling depends on how much you are recharged and ready for a new page :)) Great, thanks for sharing! I am subscribed! :)) Will be happy to try it out and support! ^_^
Matthew Ritchie
I feel about Mondays the same way Garfield does: I hate them, and rather be at home eating lasagna. (All joking aside, they often end up being my most productive days and help our team level set for the week.)
Maria
@matthew_ritchie Hahahahahahha :D I personally like Mondays, but sometimes I wouldn't mind ''having a rest of a weekend'' and focusing on lasagna! XDD :D
Paul VanZandt
I feel somewhere in the middle - Mondays are usually somewhat administrative, so it's a good time to set my week up for success. That being said, I definitely struggle with motivation at times so you need to create solid, achievable goals to keep you moving forward!
Maria
@paul_vanzandt I agree! For me Monday is also inspiring for creating plans and strategies, accumulating ideas... But you're right, when you are preparing plans you must be realistic, otherwise overwhelmed plans could bring boredom and frustration... Small steps ahead from each Monday on! ^_^

A good article, a compelling story requires the author to have a keen sense and eye to have an in-depth look at it. I am very impressed with your article. crossword puzzles
Camille Landau
Watching the WeWork story on AppleTV, I'm struck by the slogan "Thank G-d for Mondays." I agree -- it's a privilege to have the opportunity to make a difference.
Maria
@camille_landau That is so nicely said and absolutely can beat all the bad quotes that label Mondays ^_^
Dylan Merideth
Its a day for rhythm and prioritization. Focusing on those two things makes the monday scaries fade away
Maria
@dylan_merideth Indeed it is! And I think even not achieving a full capacity for total efficiency - perceiving Mondays this way, catching rhythm and making schedules for an incoming week can affect a lot success and general mood ^__^
Dylan Merideth
@maria_brm staying positive is so key on this journey, gotta keep focus on the task at hand stay with it. Keep going and you wont lose. Thanks for the discussion Maria
Tony Brooks
I don't like Mondays very much, but what can I do? Life is not a homogeneous thing. You have to pay for every pleasure.
Maria
@tony_brooks1 I rather like observing it as an acceptance - it brings more positivity even in harsh moments.. after all - everything fades away... ^_^
Jessie
Great πŸ™Œ Everyday is a new opportunity Monday included :)
Maria
@jessie_m Totally agree! ^__^ <3 To be fair - I realized it fully once when I had a schedule with 2 random free days during the week... Then you see how much patterns shape us, affect mood and prejudices... And in the core - every day is a new chance! ^__^
Jessie
@maria_brm Well said! True happiness is in the moment present so focusing on being in the here and now is where you'll find clarity, peace and joy to seize the day :)
Maria
@jessie_m Exactly! ^_^ Unfortunately people often forget it, and let it all pass by... but well, it's the thing to practice and improve in life lessons, daily.. ^_^

Monday is a great day. Wake up, take a walk, post an article, start networking, and get ramped up for the blockbuster that is Tuesday. Monday is warmup day... Monday gets me going, as I take care of my author clients and look to the awesomeness of the week.
Maria
@betty_withrow I totally agree, for me Monday is also warming up, and a planning day.. A day for ideas and developing strategies, I truly enjoy it! ^__^
