Evaluating feedback and using it to improve your product is a crucial step in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. I think it's important to have a systematic approach to feedback evaluation, which starts with carefully listening to and understanding the feedback received. From there, it's important to prioritize the feedback based on its impact and urgency, and to consider it in the context of your overall product roadmap and goals. After that, it's important to track and measure the impact of any changes made in response to the feedback, in order to ensure that they are having the desired effect. I completely agree with the importance of taking feedback seriously and using it to drive continuous improvement of your product. Well done on this great post!

There are a few things to think of first. Did you already get some feedback or are you just starting? What tools are you using? And did some of the teams in your company start gathering feedback or have access to the ICPs? It really depends on where are you now and what are your goals in gathering your feedback. I would recommend anyhow to have qualitative feedback during customer calls. It's best for this to give your users some incentive to have the call with you. I'm usually doing 30-minute calls but maybe if you're starting with it, you should book 1h. Some other things to consider - are you working on something specific you're currently working on or do you want some general feedback? Are you going to do it alone or do you have a product team? Whatever the reason for getting the feedback, I would prepare what you want to learn from your customers, outline your assumptions (you can start with desirability & usability), prepare research & interview questions, and have calls with around 6-9 ICPs. This should give you a good start to understanding their needs & pains.

It's important to listen to both positive and negative feedback and prioritize it based on its potential impact and frequency. A systematic approach such as gathering data, analyzing it, and conducting user testing can help to gather actionable insights!
