How do you decide the topic of your first blog post?

I wanted to start writing articles but was confused between multiple ideas on how to get started. In all such situations, I have always fallen back on creating something from my personal experience. To that end, here is my first article (a bit technical though) for anyone who is looking to crack a Data structure & algorithm interview with a big product company. There are N number of directions to go into when preparing for a technical interview.
