How do you address cultural difference with remote teams?

Communication with teammates in another city is already inefficient, plus the cultural differences if your team is located in multiple countries. In slower-paced cities or countries, sometimes people faile to follow the convo threads in groups (esp when they're involved in several projects) and don't get updated, although all the info is there. How did you address that?

We recommend running psychometric tests for the entire team to better learn what communication style they prefer (might be different people will prefer a different type of communication) and simply adhere to that. Also, try to answer a question about what is a win-win situation with each of these team members and make sure they see it the same way you do. One of the reasons we're launching Mindpal is exactly because of that.
