To maintain a consistent and hardworking effort without burning out, finding a balance between work and rest is important. This can include taking regular breaks throughout the day, setting boundaries between work and personal time, and engaging in activities that help to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Additionally, it's essential to set realistic goals and priorities and to break large tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks.

This is still experimental but we started running the efforts of every part of the business in 2-week Sprints, it's been helpful to mentally prepare for what needs to be done over those 2 weeks, and if I go hard for a week, I'll take it slower on the second. I think for me it's been a matter of understanding that there is always more to be done, but as long as we are making good progress and the business is moving forward, we can pace ourselves.

For me, burnout happens only if I work hard and have no satisfaction for a long time while having constant stress. The best way to overcome this situation is to get a clear view of my goals, cut down all the unnecessary tasks and start working on tasks that give positive feedback faster.

1. Set realistic and attainable goals for yourself on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 2. Prioritize self-care by taking regular breaks, getting enough sleep, and engaging in physical activity. 3. Create a schedule or routine to help structure your day and maintain a sense of normalcy. 4. Practice time management techniques such as the Pomodoro Technique or the Eisenhower Matrix to stay focused and productive. 5. Communicate and set boundaries with your colleagues, friends, and family to maintain a work-life balance.

The first two months after I started my biz, I never took a rest even on weekends or holidays. Then I found myself so burning out. I lost my temper frequently and had a bad skin situation Then I force myself to take one day off every week. Life becomes beautiful and work becomes intriguing. My advice is nothing is better than a break to cure burning out
