It depends on your marketing goal, but the main tool which I use is UTM builder. Using URL tracking you can easily check conversion, click and everything you need to know about specific post performance

Depends on the goal of your campaign and the product that you are marketing. If its an app - then CTRs, CPIs, Total Downloads would be important KPIs. If its a website - CTRs, Page Visits would be more relevant
