Have you pivoted your product? How it was?

I'm in the process of pivoting everything. As a founder I know it should be done, that's my gut feeling. How about the current users? Share your insights.

Hey Enrique, I got you. Entrepreneurship is not an easy task, full of uncertainty and adversities, but I believe in you! We had to pivot a few times too, in order to build a viable product that excites people as much as it does us (we tend to be biased when it comes to our personal projects, don't we?). That's why I'm even more thrilled to present Pletory on PH today, because the team and I know we've come a long way and we are proud to launch this project which has been in the making for months 💜 I'm confident, you'll find it fun and refreshing too! You can check it out on my profile (and don't forget to upvote it too 😜)

i pivoted once, and now about to pivot one more time. Previously, we run a remote job portal, it didn't generate enough revenue, so I pivoted after having a chance from a client that is still our client now to work in the AI data industry. And now we r pivoting to be a Saas company, shifting our focus to building tech. Though still maintain the old business model as it still generates revenue, we will take the profit from that to reinvest in building tech. Pivotting may happen when you find the old one no longer profitable, or not scalable, or just because you acquire new co-founder who shares a more exciting idea than your original one. I saw many big companies pivoted. You can check this tweet to see how other big brands used to pivot : https://twitter.com/jonerlichman... . Its tough at first to make a decision to pivot, your old co-founders may not agree with you, but if you are the founder, then you r the captain of your company's fate
