Get our first customer product demo request and what I learned

Today we get a customer email for a product demo. No matter if it will be converted to product sales, it is a major step for QuickTable. The customer wants to find a data tool that can work with Snowflake but does not need to master technical skills such as SQL. That is what QuickTable is designed for. What's interesting is the customer contact is an engineer and he was overwhelmed by so many daily data-related requests from non-tech guys. That's why he wants to find a tool. What I learned: 1, We assume our product user is non-technical guys and we choose data analyst and business analyst as our target users for marketing. But the conversion rate is not high because those guys are not enthusiastic about n new tools. 2, We tried target data engineers with SQL generation features. But they did not interest in it because they thought they can do it by themselves. 3, Then we target data engineers and told them we can alleviate their pressure from non-technical guys, it sounds works. We need to do more tests to see what kind of users we should target with what kind of words.
