Mental health is a priority for me, as I practice self care strategies. It’s like putting the oxygen mask on first to be conscious to care for others around us.

Journaling. I have found it incredibly helpful - I do quite a bit of mini-journaling using mindbucket and it serves as a short check in through the day. It also gives me a pause to bring attention to what I might be feeling through the day.
