Currently my platform does not have any such tools on predictive analysis but we are working on it, and super excited. Currently what we do have is most viewed tool - tracking real time data of consumers viewing a product on the store, not predictive data, but involves real time data tracking and pulls the trigger of emotion in a consumer - FOMO. https://commercemarketplace.adob... @lukas_nedo AI is trending. Everyone is hyped about it but how to actually make business from it? 
A lot of websites and stores are tracking data but don't know how to use it smartly or make out of it. What can be done out of it? is predictive analysis. Predicting the next step of the customer based on his/her/their past patterns and behaviors will make their journeys smooth and offer satisfaction. Once this works out for a number of brands, this will be in great demand by all.
