During a launch do you go without sleep for 24 hours or do you manage to get some rest? If so, how?

We've been up for 22 hours already. :)

I'm not sleeping, otherwise it will be hard to make myself get up later. It's only tough in the middle of the launch, around the 15th hour, but coffee works wonders.

@sylvia_sheng Hi Sylvia. Your upcoming launch sounds exciting, and I will check out your product once it's live. We are launching our product MindOS Memory Twin this Sunday. Feel free to click on the "Notify" button on our launch page if you are interested. Wishing you all the best on your launch day!

@sylvia_sheng So true. Make sure to get the rest you need. It's not healthy to keep going, you'll just burn out on the second day.
@sylvia_sheng @felix_f_tao @oz_mills that's true but... now that I'm launching (yes, right now LOL) I'm realizing there is not enough time for everything!

Oh that's a lot, but maybe needed! We're planning to do something similar, but not sure about it. Let us know how it goes!

@alvarovillalb_ I'm launching right now and I can tell you that... you would need 48 hours without sleeping LOL

I live in CETA and we launch at 9am our time. I've been wondering how you folks deal with the first hours of the launch 👀

You'll start doing a bad job if you're not rested. Make sure to at least grab a wee nap. I know it's exciting, but things will still be there when you get back.
I'm launching today BaliBam ... and I'm sure I won't sleep too much tonight (both for the excitement and the millions of things to do as a solo founder!)

Launches are always a thrill. I balance the excitement with some rest. Taking short breaks and managing tasks in focused bursts keeps me going without sacrificing sleep. How about you? What's your go-to strategy for staying productive during launches?

Hang in there, Alina! I try to grab power naps and delegate tasks to keep the launch on track without running on empty. 💤🚀

I think we need some rest, not as much as daily.
Wow, 22 hours is intense, Alina! I try to sneak in short power naps to recharge; a 20-minute rest can work wonders during a hectic launch.

My first launch I stayed up for more than 24 hours. Was up at least 6-8 hours before the launch, and all the way til the day's end.

Outreach should be constant IMO during the 24 hours.

If you're preparing for a launch, it's crucial to plan ahead, delegate tasks, and set realistic timelines to avoid last-minute crunches. Adequate rest is essential for maintaining focus and productivity. Consider having a support system in place or taking short breaks to refresh your mind. Balance is key to sustaining both your well-being and the success of your launch.
