Yes, my employees work from different places, but we still remain a friendly team.

We are working only remote! And I don't see any challenges with that :)

Yes, I think the future is remote. There are still some challenges for the companies, but in the end both sides take advantage from remote work culture.
Yes, our company embraces a hybrid model, allowing employees the flexibility to work from home several days a week while also maintaining the option for in-office collaboration. This approach has boosted overall productivity and employee satisfaction by catering to diverse work preferences.
We also work remotely, and I consider it the best option. Although it requires some discipline from oneself. Optionally, we have the opportunity to visit the office, but I think it's more relevant for those who cannot create a comfortable workspace at home, where they won't be disturbed by household members.
