Do you prefer to read/hear success stories or fail stories?

Read form is better for me and for the next part, it depends on what I want to learn from :)

Learning from those who achieved what you're looking to achieve is definitely a key changer and a vital success aspect!

Success stories are good for motivation but as we progress, we need more of "struggle stories", i.e., the hurdles and failures they went through before succeeding. In my own business life, I've had many good and bad experiences that taught me a lot. So, sharing those experiences with others would make their journey easier. About failure stories, I think I can create many of my own.

I feel its important to have both. Take the journey as it is. An overload with success stories creates unrealistic images and expectations, while focusing on failures can kill the spirit.

Sometimes only!

This is interesting. I think I'd love to hear both. Success stories give inspiration while failure stories – hope, and that thought that you can always do more, do better. :)

Both! I prefer to read them but success and fail stories and equally as valuable in my opinion :)
