Do top hunters followers get notified when they hunt a product?

Hey PH community! I understand that having a top-rated hunter is not a requirement for your product to rank in the top 3. However, I wanted to know whether a hunter's followers are notified when they hunt a product. I have read some articles that the followers are notified via push notifications, but those articles are about a year old.
Any makers who have recently launched on PH, could you please share your experience?

Yes, the followers are notified. But they just receive a regular notification on the PH dashboard.
In my opinion, having a hunter to launch your product is more about credibility. Some of the hunter’s followers will notice that PH notification and check out your product after all.

Yeah, Vishal, they will get a notification, and even the less hunter's followers get notified when they hunt.
all you need to do is a good campaign for your launch, until then you will not rank in the top 3.
Nope, a couple of years ago it used to notify the followers of hunters who hunt the product.
However, now it doesn't notify. Not even as a notification or an email update.
You can leverage the credibility/network of the hunter to either hunt, receive feedback, share about your product or you can hunt it by yourself.
yep. i think you get launch notifications from anyone you follow too- but i could be wrong
