@sjochen whenever we make a purchase we go through individual journeys that lead us to a decision. They can be shorter or longer, simple or complex, but those journeys happen millions of times a day. To make online shopping a more enjoyable experience we are of the opinion that businesses should work with the awareness of those journeys going on. Those journeys do not go from seeing an ad for the first time to buying immediately and also don't mean that users want to be bombarded with repetitive advertising, because they didn't buy the first time they came to someone's online shop. Therefore we say working with your customers' flow of purchase decision making - let them do research, let them weigh up and give them the tools to consider and decide in their own time. The Liffery Sidebar is a tool for shops that works with all of this in mind and a lot of shops share our sentiment on this.
