I have just started reading Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell. It deals with a very interesting topic: don't hire to scale you business, hire to buy back your time. There are many interesting concepts such as the DRIP Matrix and the buyback loop. Any of you read it? What is your most important takeaway? For me TimeAuditing which I am currently doing on a sheet of paper and it is bringing unexpected outcomes! in case you don't know it: https://www.buybackyourtime.com/

Hey @naumanthanvi I am auditing my time with a simple table with timeslots of 15minutes. For this I use a sheet of paper. I have converted most of my YouTube time in exercise time. I am speaking with dome candidates to offload invoicing (paper and electronic) procedures that i don't enjoy and are taking more than 1hr of time per week!

@ivanzonware Interesting to know that, I also think delegating seems simple but most tech people seems to be horrible at that, including me :)
