As it may sound strange Amazon loses or damages sellers' inventory in many operational processes. What's your take on that? Do you think it's worth to create a SaaS to cope with that?

hmmm...in what ways might this service help to cope with that?

More elaboration would definitely help.

Amazon tries to hide those events from Sellers' eyes because it means they would be losing money!

Perhaps there are simply fewer intermediaries, because of this, some stores are becoming larger and attracting a large number of customers. I would advise you to read about Amazon customer service in order to understand the specifics of their work more broadly. It seems to me that some future updates will be able to fix the bugs that we see now.

I am outraged and frustrated to hear that Amazon frequently loses or damages seller inventory during their operational processes. It's unacceptable that sellers have to bear the cost of Amazon's mistakes. A SaaS solution to mitigate the risk and losses associated with such incidents sounds like a great idea. I think a lot still depends on the planning and early filling of warehouses. Because most of these things have to do with haste. I came across a useful article on the subject at https://myrealprofit.com/blog/am..., which I highly recommend checking out.
