No easy fix. You need to find your "Why". Eg/ Why are you doing what you are doing? Why are you working the job you are? Why do you want to get up at 5am? When you have something strong, you will pull yourself along. This can take time and practice. But you need a strong why to improve this.

@james_hallahan Interesting, I tend to say what I want to do, but haven't dived in deep into the "why." Journaling this today, thanks!

I find if I am distracted then I don't fully believe in what I am doing. Or... I have set the task size to be too big.
