We're building a free social trading app for retail traders to collaborate. Ability to track & share trades with in-depth stats, follow traders & receive push notifications of their trades, rank on community or global leaderboards, and much more. Would appreciate any feedback, especially those who might be trading or investing within the market. https://thetradehub.net

While I have never built an API in the cypto space I was originally trying to build a bot that would send out my signals automatically, I gave up on that idea in 2021 but then last month I found this website: https://www.signaldp.com/ is anyone here a crypto signal provider and have you tried them?
Rich Watson
@lewis_wood We're working on that right now with Trade Hub actually. https://thetradehub.net

I am using Robinhood. Having discussion in stock trading is really awesome. People can discuss and seek advice as & when needed

@sanghita_dey I agree. Feel free to join our community on Discord if you use it, thousands of traders to join the conversation with. https://discord.gg/tradehub

@sanghita_dey Do you have a verified email or phone number on your account?
Rich Watson
@sanghita_dey That's strange, not sure what the issue is. If you can share a screenshot of the notice I can better assist. Just upload it to imgur.com and paste the link here and it will show. Or add me on Discord rich#0003

Small typo on the homepage: "Once your up to speed, start trading, earning tips, and getting advice from our analysts!" It should be "you're", as it's a contraction of "you" and "are". Website does break a lot for me. It's also fairly slow and has trouble connecting. Firefox 103.0, UK based internet, 300mbps down. Tried with Chrome and get the same issues. The search on https://thetradehub.net/trades is either nor working, or too slow that it looks like it isn't. I can only search for tickers that appear on the initial page. I tried searching BBBY using the "All Trades" filter and there were no trades to display. The "Our Team" page does scream low quality crypto scam though, sorry. I'd recommend names over usernames and consistently themed images if possible. I don't know that I'm at the age where I'd trust "OOPS I CHARTED" with potentially thousands of dollars. Otherwise, it looks okay. It isn't something that would necessarily appeal to me directly but I can see a market for it. All the best!

@smcn Appreciate the feedback. Website is slow because the API we use, fetching so many tickers at once. We've gotten a custom bulk endpoint to be able to fetch 100 tickers at once and the data we need rather than having to use multiple endpoints. The reconnecting is an ongoing issue we've been looking into, will be fixed by launch. The API provider we would like to use would run us $200-400 minimum each month, which we plan on upgrading eventually- just didn't see the need while we were developing. The search feature is being improved to search the whole trade history rather than what's visible on the client side. Copy trading won't rely on an API, will be smooth. This app is driven by an 18,000 trader Discord community hence the handles used on team page- will take your criticism as a suggestion to improve on that. Thanks again!

@richw Yeah, I get that. Have certainly been in those kinds of positions before and can 100% relate. We ended up building out a caching server which handled the load, and then polled for updates periodically. And don't read too much into the About Page comment; that's just my feeling as an investor. But you only need to check the frontpage of WallStreetBets to know that I'm in the vast minority of people who would care about that.
