Do you lean towards working with freelance marketers or do you prefer the support of a marketing agency?

I imagine you can save a lot more working with an offshore freelancer if you looking to cut costs. It's hard to find the right freelancer though without a headhunting agency..

Launching soon!
My experience is terrible with both. I've hired a couple of freelancers, 1 did good for a while and the other was just terrible. Then I switched to a big agency and it was horrible as well. I wish I had tried a boutique agency instead, might have gotten better results. Those are just from my experience though.

@rmarlow i actually have a small growth assistant agency that im trying to build up.. We basically find and curate offshore talent(South Africa & Philippines) and help with the training proccess to make sure they ready to go. I'm from South Africa and I don't think many US clients know the sorts of quality English-speaking talent you can find here for like 60% less than US salaries. I'm trying to take what I learn from growing my B2B marketing gallery and train assistants that I have full trust in.
