A day after launch and we're still not ranked, even with substantial support.

I'm not here to rant and I appreciate all the supports we've received on our launch: https://www.producthunt.com/post... Not only did we suffer from visibility issue on the platform, we weren't featured on the homepage and our supporters have mostly been early subscribers, thus organic. Now, a day after launch we're still not getting ranked in the daily or weekly ranking. What's up, Product Hunt?! If you've experienced this or have any idea what the problem is, please share. Thanks

hi Yemi, i understand it's tough when product hunt rankings don't reflect your effort and support. sometimes, visibility is affected by factors beyond just engagement, like timing and day of the week. so please keep building on your organic support, reach out to product hunt for insights, and don't get discouraged. anyone else have similar experiences?

Hey man have you tried contacting PH support? Please do so , because they are the ones to fix it. Someone also was facing the problem not getting featured and they contacted PH and their issue was resolved. try emailing PH support

@istiakahmad Thanks. I've reached out about the no-ranking thing but no response after my first contact complaining about the no-feature thing, and even that response was templatic.

@slimmy82 Thanks Slim! Yeah, I hope they help. We can still get back on track for a good weekly ranking with the organic momentum we currently have. Re: traction, not as expected but we're appreciative everyone that supported took their time out to check us out.

@jaxon_smith3 Hi Jaxon, thanks for your response. Yes, it's really frustrating. We had the momentum from organic traffic but were denied visibility through platform exposure. I've reached out to support and all I'm getting is generic, template responses.
